Exchanges and returns

To request your exchange or return send an email to contato@brasilfit.com and do not forget to put your order number.

Do I have to pay to make the exchange?

No, as long as the request meets the deadline of 7 (seven) consecutive days from the date of receipt of the product.

My product came defective, now what?

If upon receipt of the product, you identify any defect, please contact via email contato@brasilfit.com so that the exchange can be carried out, remembering that the product cannot have any signs of use.

I regretted the purchase, do you return my money?

The request to return the product must be made within 7 (seven) consecutive days from the date of receipt of the same.

Return conditions:

- The product must not have signs of use.
- The product must have all its labels, tags and invoice.
- The product must be sent in the original packaging.

The aforementioned conditions must be fulfilled for the refund or reversal of the transaction to be made. If any discrepancy or violation of the product is identified, we will not accept the return and return the product to the sender without prior consultation.

Credit card purchases: The refund will be made through the card itself and the period for the return of the values is the responsibility of your bank.

Purchases with boleto: The return will be made through bank deposit in the account of the holder and responsible for the order.
