Online Shopping Policies

Ordering Methods

Simply use our online store to purchase the items you would like. All prices are GST inclusive. If item is out of stock or delayed, Brasilfit will inform customers within 2 working days about order status.

Payment Methods

Brasilfit accepts Visa and MasterCard only. Payments over 128-bit SSL encryption are accepted. Our postal address for orders and other correspondence is: Brasilfit Po Box 711 – Woollahra – 1350 - NSW

Delivery Methods

Orders are dispatched from our Warehouse (located in Sydney, Australia) within 2 working days of being placed.

Australian residents – from 1 to 7 working days from dispatch by Australian Post / Express Post.
International residents - within 14 working days from dispatch by Australian Registered Post.

Shipping prices are shown on payment confirmation and are calculated according to the weight of goods. Prices are GST inclusive.

International Orders: Customs & Duty — Please note that when you are buying garments from another country you will need to check with your local customs office in regards to what, if any, duty you may be liable for when the garments arrive. As the receiver of the goods, you are the one who will be asked to pay the duty, not the sender. Different countries have different limits on the value of packages received from overseas. Marking the package as a gift, etc, makes no difference. Duty is calculated on the declared value of the item regardless of what it is.

When your order is delivered you should immediately inspect the bag/carton for any potential damage that may have occurred during shipment. It is normal for the bag/carton to show some wear, however if damage did occur contact our sales team IMMEDIATELY at sales@brasilfit.com. Please have your order number available.

Changing or Canceling your Order

Once you have clicked “process payment” your order begins to process and you cannot make any online changes to your order. Our system is designed to fill orders and get them sent to you as soon as possible.

If you wish to make any changes to your order, please send an email immediately to sales@brasilfit.com and refer to your invoice number. Please specify the changes you would like made.

Online Store Return Policy

Please note: items purchased at www.brasilfit.com may only be returned to head office. No exchanges will be made at Brasilfit stores for online orders.

Goods may be returned for exchange or refund via our Warehouse, provided that the garment is unworn, in its original condition with tags attached and a copy of the receipt is provided. Australian residents: Exchange or refund available for goods returned within 14 days of invoice/dispatch date. Overseas residents: Exchange or refund available for goods returned within 30 days of invoice/dispatch date. By emailing sales@brasilfit.com at the time you wish to make an exchange, we can ensure availability by holding the item/s you would like instead (chosen from current styles/colours available on-line).

Refunds will only be processed once the garments have been received and inspected by the warehouse. You will be contacted by the Brasilfit head office to receive your credit card details in order to process the refund. Refunds may then take up to 5 working days.

Refunds will be credited to your original method of payment, excluding delivery (unless goods are faulty or not as ordered). Once the refund has been processed, a copy of the receipt will be sent to you by email.

Faulty Items

Faulty items will be sent to the head office for inspection and you will be contacted by a team member. Process may take up to 7 working days.

If goods are deemed faulty, a refund, credit note, or exchange will be available.

Swimwear

Due to health and hygienic reasons, swimwear cannot be exchanged or returned, however you may be entitled to an exchange, refund or credit note where goods are faulty.

Sale Items

All sales items purchases are final and no exchanges, credit notes or refunds will be made except in the case of faulty items.

Brasilfit accepts AMEX, Mastercard, VISA, EFTPOS and cash. Lay-bys are not available.

Brasilfit Return Policy

If you are dissatisfied with your purchase, Brasilfit is happy to assist you with an exchange or credit note. Refunds are not available.

All products must be returned in their original condition, unworn and unwashed with tags still attached. A copy of the receipt is required.

In-store exchanges must be made within 30 days of purchase. Items returned in their original condition should be void of any sign of wear including sweat, make-up, deodorant or hair.

Exchanges will be accepted after the 30 day period only when due to a manufacturing default, which requires the attention of the Brasilfit head office.

Faulty Items

Faulty items will be sent to the head office for inspection and you will be contacted by a team member. Process may take up to 7 working days.

If goods are deemed faulty, a credit note, or exchange will be available.

Swimwear Policy

Due to health and hygienic reasons, swimwear cannot be exchanged, however you may be entitled to an exchange or credit note where goods are faulty.

Sale Items

All sales items purchases are final and no exchanges, credit notes or refunds will be made except in the case of faulty items.

The Brasilfit VIP Card Program and Email Communications

The Brasilfit VIP Cardholder Program offers customers the opportunity to receive benefits such as invitations to sales events, special offers, gift with purchase offers and the delivery of marketing communications. Customers may also receive information and related offers from Brasilfit by email.

To be part of the Brasilfit VIP program or to receive email communications from us, certain personal information is required. We use customer information to facilitate communication with our customers, understand our customer needs and in our customer research. Other optional information collected may be used to plan future events, offers, products, store locations etc.

Brasilfit customers may join the VIP card program by filling out a form at any Brasilfit location or they may join while making an online purchase. Certain information is required.

Any information collected will be safely stored and managed by Brasilfit.

We value our customers and we do not share your information with any other organizations other than related corporations and those third parties directly related with the above activities i.e. mailing houses, data bureaus, email providers and research companies. When we share any such information with these third parties, we have strict confidentiality agreements in place, which prohibit any use of this information other than for the task we are engaging them for.

To participate in the VIP program a member is required to present his or her card at the time of purchase. If a member does not have his or her card with him or her, then the member can identify himself or herself as a member to Brasilfit by providing personal information, which matches up with the personal information the member has previously provided to Brasilfit along with a valid form of ID.

Brasilfit VIP members are entitled to certain benefits that are not reserved for the general public. VIP members are granted a permanent 10% discount on all Brasilfit items purchased in-store and online.

This 10% discount can be applied on all FULL-PRICE items, sales items excluded. Brasilfit reserves the right to ask anyone wishing to apply the VIP discount for identification to verify membership.

If a member no longer wishes to participate in the VIP program or receive the information or offerings, the member can withdraw from the program by notifying Brasilfit in writing to PO Box 711 Woollahra NSW 1350 or by emailing sales@brasilfit.com. A member will not be withdrawn from the program until their VIP card is returned to the head office.

Brasilfit reserves the right to vary these terms and conditions at any time and to suspend or cancel the program and/ or the card at any time upon reasonable notice.
